Loved this hotel! The staff were really cordial and helpful, our room was pretty well decorated and kept super clean! It is also very conveniently located, it’s close to the MTR and bus stops.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, right next to the Yau Ma Tei station exit. However, the rest of my experience was very disappointing. 1. Unfair Towel Fine: The worst part was checkout. They charged me a heavy fine for normal towel(150 HKD) and small (In picture 50HKD) for the bath towel due to some washable stains (powder/toothpaste). They claimed it required "special washing" that cost as much as buying a new towel. When I agreed to pay the fine but asked to keep the towel (since I was paying the full price of a new one), they refused. This felt like a scam. 2. Hidden Costs & No Receipt: Upon arrival, I was charged a 1,000 HKD deposit plus an extra 115 HKD tax (which was confusing as Agoda usually includes taxes). Even worse, they refused to provide a receipt for these payments. 3. Poor Room Condition: The room smelled musty. The toilet flush was broken (water kept running). 4. Missing Amenities: There was no bath mat. Initially, they only provided small 50x50cm towels, not real bath towels. I had to request a proper towel, and they only gave me one. I definitely will not come back here. There are better options in Hong Kong.
