It's my second time to the cafe. However, the experience was poor this time. I suspected the staff took advantage(bully) of the kids. A staff rejected to sell cat food to the kids saying the cats were full. Fine but then we saw her selling cat food to a couple. When the kids approached that staff to get the cat food, she said it's sold out. I looked at it from a distance, I was like..Oh yea ..really. Besides, a customer blamed the kids out of the blue. She said not to pat the cats while they sleep. (Note: the eyes of the cat were opened,ok?) AND, the staff actually talked to that customer nicely. To me, it's like agreeing with her action. The staff noticed us grumbling. When I paid, she said "you're here to play with the cats?" Oh, excuse me, what customers do cat cafe wanna approach? What business are they running?

Very poor experience. We came on the weekend during the afternoon. The interior is large and bright and clean enough considering it is a cat cafe but that’s where the good points end. Firstly, the cafe provides important notices relating to reservations and keeping the door closed to prevent cats from escaping only in Chinese. For such a cafe that would be popular with tourists, such important notices shouldn’t be in Chinese only. It creates an awkward first experience for the customer and means the staff need to waste time correcting guests which can come across as rude. Once inside, we were given a QR code to scan in order to order but it wasn’t clearly explained to us that coffee wasn’t available nor that $80 minimum per head was required to be spent. Because there was no coffee available and the food we tried was generally unappetising our bill didn’t come to the minimum amount which led to an awkward experience when we came to pay.

It’s great overall Total was 350hkd for three people And we all are so full The kitties were so cute kind, doesn’t smell bad, staff will take care of them! If you are bring kids please take care of them don’t let them run or treating the cats bad.

Came here with my friend First of all, the place was packed with people, especially kids. We sat next to the feeding area and I was somehow pushed multiple times while eating. Then, the cats looked cute but some were unfriendly and feisty. A few people got scratched after touching the cats. Finally, the food was reasonably cheap, but definitely not tasty.

It's my sister's birthday recently, and she has never been to a cat café before. She mentioned a few times that she wanted to go, so I found this cat café to surprise her. The place is quite spacious with a good sense of space, and it's not too crowded when seated, allowing us to spend a leisurely time here! And the biggest selling point is that there's no entrance fee, plus we can have food and play with lots of cats! The value is unbeatable!
