I’d give it a zero if I could. Terrible car park design. Not much for spaces. Had to Wait downstairs. Then wait again upstairs for 45 minutes on an early Friday evening. Waste of time.

Disaster! Poor management! They asked you to wait on the ground floor. Then they released you to drive to the upper floor, then they put you in the queue again. The instruction was very unclear. Staff talked to you in front of your car when my windows were closed. I heard nothing from them.

if allows to rate zero, i am happy to rate “0”! gave many chances already, never got a pleasant experience, what a rubbish carpark management!! poor staff attitude, non-sense queuing system, unclear signals..

Convenient mall has some great shops clothes and food. Cinema here and supermarket. Good inside children’s play are that changes it’s theme every month.
