If I had a choice I would leave 0 star review. This is one of the worse shopping experience so far! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your Hysan Place store on two separate occasions. Both visits were handled by the same female staff member, and unfortunately, her attitude was consistently poor. During my first visit, she seemed visibly annoyed that I did not make a purchase immediately. Today, I returned to try on some shoes again and inquired whether the Black Friday discount was available in-store. As soon as I asked, her attitude deteriorated further. When I requested to try on different styles and sizes, she appeared unwilling to assist. She only provided one shoe instead of a full pair and even brought out the wrong style when I asked for another size. What made the situation worse was the contrast in how she and other staff members treated another pair of customers who walked in after me. Three staff members quickly approached them with enthusiasm and helpfulness, while my service continued to be dismissive and unfriendly. The Margot Mary Jane is very comfortable and soft, making it perfect for work. I’m looking forward to their new designs! Highly recommended. Apple is incredibly friendly and helpful, promptly checking and arranging stock when sizes are unavailable.

Very comfortable shoes with excellent service. Been here twice and bought 7 pairs of shoes so far. Happened to be served by Carrie both times. She is very patient, polite and knowledgeable about the products. Can’t be happier as I have been having trouble to find comfortable shoes for a long time. If you live in Hong Kong suggest you visit the Hysan store.

I'm the happiest having to learn that there's a VIVAIA Hong Kong in Hysan Place ❤️ The moment I got my very first pair, I got me plenty more ordering online and here I am in Hong Kong shopping for more 🥰!!! Thank you so much Mei Mei and Scarlet for assisting us and for allowing us to enjoy our Vivaia shopping this afternoon when we visited! It's amazing and hands down the most comfortable flats your feet could ever ask for. Rest assured, will be on a look out for other design and get my hands on them too. 😊🥰❤️

I’d heard about VIVAIA online but finally got a chance to try it in person at the HYSAN store! The shoes are super comfy and the service in store was great. They didn’t have the size I wanted in store but it was available in their warehouse. So they arranged to bring it over for me to try! Very happy with my purchase.
