Absolutely 5 stars for Vanessa's service.. when I first contacted her, we were purely gathering information because it was our first purchase of property in Hong Kong. She spent a length of time to explain the detail and answered all the questions we asked. At that stage, she didn't even know we would use her definitely, but still she was willing to answer our questions in detail. Although she might not be the cheapest one in the market, the service was definitely the top tier. Thank you for your assistance in our purchase.
