Be there early .Too bad. We arrived at 5:30 and the sales are not willing to service us because it is late even though I told the sale lady that we traveled from US and leave for mainland China tomorrow

Today they opened at 2:23pm. Need a lot of patient for this shop. They had 4 saleperson today. Not recommend to wait in line, come back after an hour after they open, the crowd is much less.

I bought the left silver chain from them a few months ago. Pricing was very reasonable versus other online store and quality was decent (great value proposition for what you paid for). The customer services were good too (I was dealing with the old uncle and he was friendly and proactive to recommend me a few models to try). I was a very happy customer. One of the loop at the chain opened up a bit after my son grabbed my wrist frequently from our playing and the chain fell off from my wrist a few times, so I went to the store again to get a bangle instead. They were friendly as my first time and recommended me a few models which I bought the bangle on the right. I told the same old uncle about my chain and he happily fixed it for me and the chain now is sturdy like before. To those that complained about the customer services, know that the three staff there constantly need to take care of 10+ different customers at the store all asking for different stuff. I don’t think they’re rude or anything from my own experience, you just need to know what you want and be swift with the transaction as they’re too busy to spend too much time on one same customer asking tons of requests. Very disappointed with their poor customer service. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping. Communication was unclear I won’t be returning.
