I know that this store got some great stuff (and is the og Hot Toys store location) but the 2 time I get there, they were closed. The frist time I get the at 7:50pm (10 min before the closing time) and the store door already closed The 2nd I get there 40min before 8pm (7:20pm) I walked in and the staff told me they were close. Even if there were still custumer browsing inside, I asked if I can come in for a quick look but they told me no (even though I come in with a cane because of my sprained ankle) I hope that they will at least respect the custumer time and money planned to get there. I would rather see a store still open past is opening time than to show up at a store before closing time only to be greeted with a closing door

Staff were friendly and speaks English, even informed me that when I buy a total of 5 Star Wars Hot Toys in a year, I’ll get a Hot Toys Discount Card.

This is the retail outlet of Hot Toys' and offers other toy brands. In regard to Hot Toys products, they execute a very unfair and unreasonable terms upon buyers for that buyers have to forfeit the consumer right of examining the Hot Toys figures on site and this shop offers no after sale warranty on Hot Toys figures. Think carefully before leap for such barbarian terms. I let go it.

I searched many shops all over HK for Star Wars Sideshow figures and finally found a treasure trove at this place located at the very bottom in the end/corner. I found a figure I wanted to check out, so I asked the worker if I could see it. The worker shook his head at me and said no. I'm not sure if the worker just doesn't understand English, lazy, or deal with tourists. For what was in this shop, I'm sure the figure I've been searching was hidden somewhere and this owner could have made a good sale, but I took his action as turning away and wrote off the shop. Tldr: Great shop for Sideshow Star Wars figures, but other reviews about owner being rude seem to hold weight. Shoot the dice and try your own luck.

Unbelievable! Great, friendly staff! Lots of merchandise and not just Hot Toys... Prices are a bit better than third party sellers (sometimes). Expect to be disappointed if you're international and trying to buy a pre-order; you have to pick up it from the store when it comes in. Great experience overall in Mong Kok, collectible heaven!
