They Don’t know to welcome a customer I came here to fix my Xmas 300.TCS was the problem that my bike was giving they didn’t fixed it but said we couldn’t fix the TCS but we have fixed the engine light tf 🤬🤬🤬

I sincerely was shopping for a new bike but was immediately put off by attitude of staff- the shop was empty and when I walked there was no greeting. I asked about a certain bike and all I got was “ we don't have it here” and then the staff turned away. Luckily I found a good used bike online...

Very bad customer service ! I bought a Yamaha Tmax at their shop and always serviced it at their shop. Their prices are really high and they provide really poor service with terrible attitude (Jeff the manager) I will NEVER BUY a YAMAHA in Hong Kong anymore. I’m truly and deeply disappointed

Good HK Yamaha main dealer, with good knowledgeable sales people who are most willing to assist. However, as with all other manufacturer (i.e. Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki etc.) main dealers in HK, have at least a 2 month waiting period on orders for any latest year model motorcycle, and choices of colours are very limited.
