Poor service, especially in the Mong Kok service center, a terrible explanation to tourists giving a lot of attitude that’s a shame for Hong Kong have become like this right now! Being nice to the mainland people, but not towards travellers from different countries they must fix these issues everyone says Hong Kong has excellent service, but it doesn't seem like it in person
