Dear White Lily friends, now that we have rested somewhat from last few weeks preparation, I am writing to thank you for the immense efforts in organising my mom’s funeral. Ka and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and heart. Even for a small-scale service, they attended to every detail—from the elegant e-notice and program design to the touching tribute video and slideshow they put together. The team at White Lilly provided incredible support during a difficult time. Ka, Oscar and Celine arranged my father's funeral with care, compassion and sensitivity. All the paperwork and documentation was done with no fuss relieving myself and the family from the stress of dealing with any of the bureaucracy. They were exceptionally professional on the day of the funeral, making sure everything went smoothly, lessening any possible anxiety amongst the family and friends.
