This place is awesome! Took my dress here and they made it fit perfectly. The staff are so friendly and really know their stuff. Didn’t cost a fortune either. Definitely coming back!

I've had my clothes altered here many times over the years for convenience. The most recent time, I had to request a redo because the finish was unacceptable. When I tried to explain my need, the lady got very defensive and started arguing and shouting. She then ignored me for 20 mins and took three customers behind me. She was super rude and tossed my dress on the stool. When I told her I need it in a week, she purposely put a pick-up date a day after that, and demanded me to pay if I want it sooner (the job was literally to move a button), after she already overcharged me the first time (yes she admitted that she charged me double because I "wasted" her time with the discussions). When I questioned her lack of integrity in conducting business, she literally responded "I don't know what's integrity, I only care about money."

such a rip off, $200 for a simple stitch! They tried to play like it was a complicated procedure 🤣 I was like any colour? What a couple of bellends

I came in at lunch time as my silk dress has ripped in the back, right in the worse spot. I slipped it off, and waited about 4 minutes before she gave it back to me, as new. Super impressed!
