The soups are delicious especially the tofu one. The beef and other dishes are fresh and in good quality, we enjoyed our dinner so much. The deco is good and comfortable except it was very quiet at almost every table, we didn't want to talk out loud, that's why I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere.

First of all, I wanna say that I really don’t like the idea of getting freebies via writing a 5-star review = cheating, cheat those who rely on reviews to make a decision. Therefore, I insisted to do it afterwards. The environment and service of this restaurant are very good, the staff are attentive and helpful.Food is good except the prices are on the high side. I visited this hotpot restaurant in TPE and the prices is half…oh well, let’s blame the rent in HK. Food-wise…initially we wanna try the 2-pax set, however, the dishes are not appealing at all, I don’t understand why it’s a must to have the luncheon pork meat instead of an option to select something else. One last thing, the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough and we were sweating throughout the dinner felt like eating at “dai pai dong” lol

A Taiwanese hotpot brand landed in HK in 2021. The star ingredients here are duck blood and layered tofu which are ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT! There were also other free items like hot tea and fried taro balls (for fb/ig followers) to start with; and a peach slush to end the meal with. Apart from the layered tofu and the broth, we also liked the [ Ice cream tofu / Creamy tofu ] which incorporates cuttlefish paste, fish paste and tofu and has this soft texture; and also their [ seafood pastes (shrimp / crab / scallop) ]! Their TST branch is elegant; and there are VIP rooms overlooking the beautiful Victoria Harbour. If you come in a large group, definitely try making a reservation for a room!
