Very ver bad experience ! Especially that male barber with glass. He rejected me to choose my preferred barber. When I gave him some feedback, he told me I choose that and that’s it. My god, I have to pay such bad service 😂

Had my hair cut by one of the female employees, where she was very rude and rough throughout the whole haircut. She rushed through the haircut in 5 min and when I asked to cut the sides shorter she seemed very displeased and gave very slipshod work. Would not risk getting my hair cut here again

You guys have to fire a male employee who worked at 4:45 p.m. on June 10. a complete lack of communication He didn't use scissors. Reply to my request to cut it shorter by shutting down the service and pushing me out. I've always cut my hair here since I came to Hong Kong, but I'll never go back. the worst service

I got my haircut there 3-4 times. So did my kids. The staff are considerate and do not rush like other "express barber "shops I have visited. Today the barber advised me a change I didn't expect, and turned out quite good. The place is clean and tidy. Foreigners-friendly.
