Go to this station almost every weekday. Crowded especially at 8am to 9am since students are going to university. Still crowd management is good from MTR staff. Enjoy this station. it is clean and easy to access. Thanks.

This was just a few meters away from JEN Hotel. Fairly clean, high foot traffic, with a lot of readable signs in English. One time we had a hard time getting our one-way tickets from their machines so we had to secure it instead from one booth. Roving staff were alert and helpful. If my memory serves me well, this was the Station where I got caught in between the tram doors last month. My arms were pinned at both sides but my right leg was free and was able to kick the door. It opened a bit for me to break free and exit the tram before it totally shut. Management should improve this. Don’t they have CCTV cams? Didn’t they see me stuck in between the doors? This was a horrible experience for a tourist. A more effective sensor at the doors similar to the normal building elevators should be installed. I just wonder how many accidents were reported and recorded in the past. Please update your sensors. There should be no room for similar mishaps.

Very deep MTR subway station that goes up great heights. High speed lift system to actually get up to the namesake HKU.
