香港華德福教育基金會瑪利亞書院 創校目的是希望為香港社會基層人士提供機會，讓他們透過教育改善生活環境及質素。

自2021年起，本校成為 教育局夜間成人教育課程資助計劃 的指定辦學團體，提供全日制、兼讀制中學文憑資助課程。課程適合在職人士、自修生、日校生及重讀生報讀，旨為香港社會基層人士提供機會，讓他們透過教育改善生活環境及質素。
