Well , shall we talk about «  service «  in HK ? We all know , is NO service attitude , but you will always get lucky to meet competent nurse .. administration forget it ( lazy ) , one nurse saved my day 🙏. I get surgery «  vasectomy «  , doctor not friendly , lucky I didn’t c his face , but what do s the most amazing it’s how MONEY lead HK .. you pay 10000$HK ( not free) .. a bit cheaper than private of course but ZERO empathy… u done just go and NO medicine has been given .. pain is there and they tell you to buy in Watson shop … seriously ?! You get better treatment in public hospital in HK

The staff were lovely and kind and reassuring. No big wait times, clear communication and a caring atmosphere. I went for breast checks and bone checks and I only had to wait two days for the results and they were clear to read and comprehensive.

Small, clean, efficient, but very old building and facilities. Some nurses are helpful, one in particular made me very upset, making me feel stupid because I needed support in understanding my body & womanhood better. Admin staff at frint desk not very kind either.

They have about 20 departments, each has its own phone numbers and its own set of operating hours. The epitome of disorganization. You call them up and ask them about the status of tests , you'd get bounced around like being in a pinball machine, plus the typical Hong Kong waiter's attitude (you can only feel that if are nonwhite speaking cantonese). You certainly don't feel like this NGO is trying to help you.

Not sure it’s my luck or anything, I didn’t feel anything like the other 1 star review experiences at all. Staffs are friendly with patience, nurses and doctor explained clearly to me and guide me what I should concern, compare to the modern clinic that I have been visited only certain facilities is not the latest model only. Frankly speaking, I preferred a nurse and doctor listen to my concern rather than a modern flat TV screen hanging up on their clinic wall. Overall experience is 👍🏻 As a woman, I think all ladies should give a good self care to yourself. Do your checkup regularly especially the HVP. They have a package here to cover just another few hundreds more. PS, the entrance is at Southern Centre that next to the China Travel but not the one next to their big sign on the ground floor. Stay healthy ladies! 🫶🏻
