The room was clean and comfortable, and we had no issues with its overall condition. However, the hotel's location may not be ideal for travelers who plan to rely heavily on the MTR for transportation, as it is quite far from the nearest station. There is a public bus stop across the street from the hotel, which provides convenient access to areas such as Mong Kok and etc. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest MTR station every hour, but it only operates until 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the shuttle service. We arrived on time and waited for the shuttle, but it was already full when it arrived. While we understand that seating is limited, we hoped the hotel would make an effort to accommodate guests who were already waiting, perhaps by arranging an additional trip. Instead, we were informed that we would need to wait another hour for the next shuttle or use alternative transportation such as the public bus or a taxi. Given the hotel's distance from the MTR station, many guests depend on the shuttle service.
