香港口琴音樂中,由何永泰先生於2004佃創辦,至今逾20年.他曾於2001年奪得世界口琴節公開組冠軍,之前曾奪得7項香港冠軍.

中心同學屢獲校際音樂節及學界口琴比賽冠軍,並曾於日本及韓國舉辧的亞太口琴節,奪得冠軍及最高榮譽市長獎.

香港口琴中心設有樂團訓練,創辦至今已演出逾百場,並曾獲政府推薦,代表香港參加於日本舉行的亞洲青年藝術祭,同學與來自7個不同地區,逾120位年青人作國際交流.

除了每年在尖沙咀文化中心及中環大會堂舉行周年音樂會,更曾應邀到迪士尼樂園,無線電視台,尖沙咀文化中心,以致各大商場作外展表演.
