原為聖保羅書院的南翼。聖保羅書院為一幢培訓中國傳教士及基督教教師的英文學校。隨著聖保羅書院在1953 年遷址，部分建築雖已遭拆毀，但基恩小學仍沿用該處作為臨時校舍。校舍的都鐸式復興建築風格仿如毗鄰的會督府，其現由聖公會明華神學院與聖公會教聲出版辦事處共用。
