Sha Tin is part of the Sha Tin District in the New Territories. Some rural spots in the New Territories have infrequent buses and minibuses and earlier last services, so check timetables for buses, minibuses, the MTR or the Light Rail first; village addresses sometimes give only the village name and house number, so map navigation helps. Sai Kung's seafood and piers, Yuen Long's traditional pastries and street snacks and the border towns near Shenzhen each have their own character. New Town Plaza is linked to Sha Tin MTR station, cycle tracks run along both banks of the Shing Mun River, and Che Kung Temple in Tai Wai is thronged over Lunar New Year.

Not the most convenient location if short on time. However, the Bruce Lee exhibition was worth my trip. There were many memorabilia, replicas as well as authentic ones. An in-depth look into Asia's cultural icon who had an oversized impact on the world we live in today. There was a screening at the theatre about the yellow jumpsuit, which tells the story about how a piece of clothing became a symbol of defiance and strength. The triumph of the human spirit against overwhelming odds.

An interesting place to visit of you have an hour nor two. Tells about the history of Hong Kong. Maybe more interesting for the locals. There was a small exhibition of Renaissance period, including some works from Da Vinci. The Bruce Lee hall was also nice, but unfortunately you are not allowed to take pictures there

Hong Kong Heritage Museum is one of my favourite museums. We went there on Saturday. I like the exhibition of Meet Mona Lisa, which describes fascinating details about this famous portrait painting. Jin Yong gallery sets out the many famous wuxia novels by Dr Jin Yong. Of course, the Bruce Lee gallery is a must to visit to revisit the Kung Fu legend.

The Hong Kong Heritage Museum is highly recommended for anyone interested in Chinese or Western culture and history. Unlike most museums in Tsim Sha Tsui, admission here is free, and you don’t need to purchase a ticket. The location is very convenient, situated right by the Shing Mun River and just a 3-minute walk from Che Kung Temple MTR Station. When I visited, the special thematic exhibition was on the Mona Lisa, but I found it a bit dull. The exhibition mostly consisted of guided videos and a few interactive games, which felt no different from watching YouTube at home. I had expected to see some authentic exhibits before coming, so finding out there were only replicas was quite disappointing. However, I found the permanent exhibitions much more unique and interesting, particularly the Chinese Buddhist art and the Bruce Lee exhibition, which at least feature real artifacts. It’s a bit of a pity that photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the Bruce Lee gallery due to copyright restrictions, but it still showcases many rare posters and memorabilia. The Chinese Buddhist art section (in the T.T. Tsui Gallery of Chinese Art) was my personal favorite—it display

It is nice place as only take 8-10 mins form station. I am sure they can organize better as many space is not used. They should also do better control as number of people in each hall never control so over crowds, also too noisy. The most terrible thing is while we are watching the introduction movie , it has so loud announcement info visitors it has another show ready ? Why not put all shows info in reception instead use which loud announcement distribute people ?
