I recently had a frustrating experience with the customer service at this store. After sending my watch in for repair, I was shocked by the way I was treated upon its return. Not only was the customer service horrible, but I was also pressured into paying for additional servicing costs—several thousand more than I expected. The representative insisted that I had to service the watch, threatening that it would definitely stop working if I didn't comply. When I asked how she could predict that, her response was simply ridiculous: she compared it to the inevitability of death, claiming that "every person will die someday." I was left speechless. I expected much better from a company that deals with such high-end products. I would caution anyone considering their services; the pressure tactics and lack of genuine customer care are simply unacceptable.
