最垃圾的保险公司没有之一，一直在更换app，修改密码也显示无效，这么垃圾的公司赶紧倒闭算了，谢谢

One of the worst customer service I have ever gotten... Policy payment is hard and confusing...they give you a number in USD and say they only accept cash (red flag) then proceed to say you nees to pay in HKD...you get the picture... The company functions primarily in Chinese so when calling them, even if you're lucky to find an English speaker, the level is so-so... Notifications and alerts now only happen through their buggy app and occasionally some rare and vague SMS...no courrier, phone call, notification or anything... I shrug at the idea of ever having to make a claim with them. If you are considering an insurance policy with them, I'd think twice...

Was mistreated by advisor 8years of service because policy no longer has an attractive commission to any agent. Transferred me to another agent who could not care less, think twice before buying any long term policies with them, after 8years they have squeezed all the value out of you and they will treat u like trash. And they have the guts to reveal to me the magic number 8.
