價錢唔平但態度差, 花既品質都差. 一去到想自己揀花, 店主指住出面已經整好既花束, 咁都算啦, 成個過程店主都用好惡劣既態度對答, 串過的士佬. 唔緊要, 最緊要啲花靚啊嘛, 點知返到去擺落花瓶, 都未到第二日, 已經有啲花係凋謝咗, 到第二日9成既都謝埋. 利申買開花, 無試過咁差, 人生第一次喺google review比一星差評

Requested to have a bouquet made as I walked in speaking Mandarin (as I can’t speak canto and thinking mandarin might be easier than English for her), lady pointed towards ready made bouquet which I wasn’t keen because I would like to be able to choose colours and flowers I’d like in the bouquet. I asked again which she replied in very simple English that I can choose whichever I’d like. After choosing instead of having it wrapped up in nice wrapping paper and ribbon (which I was more than happy to pay for), she just tied together the flowers with clear wrapping and rubber band. She showed absolutely no interest in my request of having it properly wrapped up as a bouquet despite multiple times I tried to explain. Hurts me even more being a daughter of a florist that this is how the florist runs her business or letting her business handle this way. If you happen to be around the area, take a few more steps down the road, there’s a flower market on the side that offers way more flower options and on the spot wrapping for you. 在愿意支付额外收费的前提下想买一束用颜色纸和好看的包装包起来的花，所以提前跟店主说了要求。因为不会说粤语就用中文说了。店主连话都不回就指了包好的花，我说我想自己挑花和颜色，店主用英文回了可以，这也就算了。挑完花直接给我装透明袋子用橡皮筋缠起来就算完。如果没办法当场包得好看没关系跟我说我可以理解，但双语听了顾客的需求还

This local florist deserves more support!! Excellent experience, the old lady was very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me and my girlfriend to find the perfect bouquet for Mother's Day. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and lasted a long time. The shop very affordable and offers a great selection. Highly recommend!
