Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays.

They lure customers in with deceptive pricing and have absolutely zero professional ethics. Their attitude is appalling, and the staff aren't even locals and have thick accents. Avoid this place at all costs; there are plenty of better options out there!

So far I've always had a good experience at this popular money changer. There's always a bit of a queue but it moves quickly. The FX rates are favourable, and they can handle multiple currencies at once efficiently.

Once the best. NOW THEY ARE THE WORST. Very rude staff. Before transaction, I clearly asked if they have newly-looking notes, they gave a strong yes, yet 20% of notes were stained and crumpled notes. Kindly asked the staff to replace a few. The staff just forcefully took all the notes from my hand without asking. Asked for her name but she refused to mention. She speaks with an accent. We are observing the fall of a business

Long queue, but moved fast. Super efficient and they would count the currency notes on a machine in front of you. No need to show any ID card and no receipt is given. Don't expect much but yuu are guaranteed a good exchange rate. There are two more currency exchange shops nearby and their rates were not as attractive as this one. It's very close to E1 exit of the MTR.

You'll mostly see three types of money exchangers: street-side exchange bureaus, shopping mall exchange counters, and banks. Finding a favorable exchange rate is a key aspect of visiting a currency exchange center. From what I've seen, not all centers offer. Upon walking in, I observed that their rates were prominently displayed on screens, which helped me gauge if I was receiving a fair deal. Before visiting, it's a good idea to review online resources or currency converter apps to determine what constitutes a good rate. Safety is an essential consideration when visiting money exchange centers. The facility I visited had surveillance cameras installed throughout. It is easily accessible for anyone, as it is situated beside a busy road. Customers can reach the center without any hassle due to its proximity to both a tram station and a bus station. The name of the property only written in Chinese (Kanji). The customer service experience I had wasn't as positive as I had hoped. I felt the teller's demeanor was lacking in warmth and engagement. The teller had a tendency to be more silent and gesture-oriented than verbally communicative. Even with the shortcomings in customer servic
