I usually like to buy meat at Shin Kuo Hua in Koreatown when I have free time. They have a wide selection, the prices are reasonable, and after watching Ah Dee's YouTube video, I suddenly realized I haven't bought any in ages! 🤣 ✨Jeju Pork Belly Hot Pot Slices The pork belly is half lean and half fat, and after boiling, there's absolutely no gamey smell. Not bad! ✨Premium American Pork Ribs This can be used for hot pot or pan-fried. It's meaty and not too fatty. ✨American Angus Curled Beef Slices We use them for hot pot. New Kwok Wah Meat Company at Kimberley Street! Bought 4 packs - Australian wagyu sirloin, lamb slices, Belgian pork belly and black pork belly - for only $351. Such good value! All meat is pre-packed and ready to cook, perfect for quick dinners after work. Just defrost and cook, no need to cut or season. Quality is excellent, tender and tasty. The wagyu was so soft and the lamb had no gamey taste. Will definitely be a regular customer for hotpot and quick meals!

After watching Ah Dee’s recommendation on YouTube, I went to Sun Kwok Wah to try their beef. 🤣 🥩 American Angus short rib shabu slices ($178) 🥩 Korean beef slices ($138) They’re super convenient to cook. I used the Korean beef slices to stir-fry baby napa cabbage with mushrooms and rice vermicelli, and cooked the Angus short rib in a clear soup with more baby napa cabbage to boost the protein intake!
