I purchased 2 pairs of glasses in 2017 and 2019 during my business trip in Hong Kong. Today I returned to the shop to purchase my 3rd pair of glasses during my vacation in HongKong. With in 3 hours after my purchase, they have my prescription transition glasses ready to pick up at the store. Service is good and efficient. Employees and shop owner are very friendly and professional. I recommend New Fei Optical to everyone.

Recommended by friend. Loads options, the staffs maybe rugged but they were very professional and actually very nice, price's cheap and you can get your new glasses within 45mins!

My existing frame broke while on vacation in HK and I came here for help, where the helpful personnel transferred my lens over to a similar rimless frame. You can sit and chill there while waiting. Unfortunately part of the new frame broke 2 weeks later when I came back to my country, but I managed to contact the shop via FB and they shipped me the replacement part. Thank you very much! Much appreciated!

My recent experience was terrible after buying their glasses for decades. Brought from the same store, the titanium frame of an expensive pair of lens is broken on its own in less than 2 years. A staff member claimed that the same kind of frame is no longer available even though I offered to buy a new one so I can reuse the lens. I have also suggested to look for similarly or smaller sized frames but the staff member spent no real efforts (BTW, the shop are packed with frames for new lens) but offered me one and only one unappealing choice upon my repeated requests. The shop was not busy at the time of my visit as idling staff members are chatting with each others.
