A spacious mall with multiple levels of shopping and food experiences. The nearby hotel connects to the mall and mtr station is on ground floor. If you want a more local experience, the local shops outside are plentiful

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.6 / 5 (thumbs up is this was helpful) MOKO Mall is one of my favorite malls in Hong Kong. Everything here just works. The mall is super clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate compared to many older HK malls. It feels modern without being overly flashy. Big plus — it’s directly connected to the East Rail Line (Mong Kok East Station), so getting here is extremely convenient. The food options are excellent. A lot of variety, from local Hong Kong spots to more modern restaurants. It’s one of those malls where you can actually come just to eat and still have plenty of choices. Shopping is also solid — a good mix of brands without feeling too luxury-heavy or too cheap. Very balanced. One thing I like a lot is the market on the top floor — gives the mall a more local, everyday feel instead of just being another commercial space. And yes… there’s a hotel right upstairs, so if you ever “accidentally” need to stay nearby after meeting someone at the mall, you’re covered. Overall, this place hits the sweet spot — convenient, clean, good food, and easy to spend time in.

Absolutely love this mall. So many floors and has a full grocery store attached so I didn’t have to go outside of the same building my hotel was attached to. Kids can spend all month here!

MOKO Mall is one of those places that feels big, bright, and surprisingly easy to navigate despite its size. The moment you walk in, you notice how open and spacious it is compared to the usual tight, crowded Hong Kong malls. Wide walkways, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light make it feel calm even when there are lots of people around. It’s the kind of mall where you can take your time without feeling pushed along by the crowd. The mix of shops is broad and practical. You get everything from fashion and sportswear to beauty, lifestyle, and family-friendly stores. It’s especially good if you’re shopping with kids or in a group because there’s something for everyone without needing to hop between different buildings. The mall also has a strong selection of mid-range brands, making it a comfortable place for everyday shopping rather than luxury browsing. Food options are spread across several floors, with a nice balance of casual cafés, Asian favourites, and international chains. The seating areas are clean and well managed, so grabbing a quick meal is easy. What makes MOKO memorable is how convenient it is. Direct access to Mong Kok East MTR, plenty of signage, and a layout

Since the MOKO shopping Mall has changed their name, I think they have done a lot of good changes . The Mall has been upgraded and many new shops opened and a new outdoor park for kids has opened too ( see my another post) . The mall is next to the Mongkok East Station, so the lobby is always very crowded. It's a pity that the food court is under renovation now.
