Failed to turn up for booked appointment for servicing two split A/Cs. Not even a call to apologise or explain the situation. Couldn't get through on their hotline. Useless and incompetent.

DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR REPAIR! Charged me almost 2k HKD to fix my oven and brought it back with the very same issue I gave it to them to fix!!!!! HAD THE AUDACITY TO TRY AND CONVINCE ME THAT WATER LEAKING INSIDE AN OVEN IS NORMAL!

The mechanics checked our faulty air-con vanished after checking without further telling us what to do next! For the extra money I have paid for their products, I did not expect such service from panasonic.

Bait and switch. Was charged an "on-site" repair. The technician came up, took 5-10mins to say we can't repair this on site and left. Then told we need to charge a transport fee to repair the item. Ridiculous.

The place is far hidden in HK, difficult to access. I had a Rasonic RSC B18R that after two month of use the switch knob broke. The warranty is explicit about replacing defective parts but they refused, they want me to pay for it or to wait without the steamer for 2 weeks until they decide if I have to pay or not. My first Rasonic and the last one.
