Absolutely thrilled with the flower stand I ordered for my relatives' store grand opening! It was even larger and more beautiful than expected. Despite a last-minute realization about a public holiday in Hong Kong, their customer service was fantastic and allowed me to easily reschedule the delivery. My relatives were also so impressed that the flowers lasted for more than five days! While the price was a little above my initial budget, I highly recommend this shop for their gorgeous flowers and excellent service.

Very disappointing and unreasonable service. I will never buy flowers from them again. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, but the peonies I received were already fully bloomed. When I brought this up to them, they insisted it was “normal” and even claimed the flowers could still open a bit more. I paid HKD 600 for a single stem, and they think flowers in that condition can still last several days? Unacceptable.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's day online. They delivered a half dead bouquet. My mom wanted to talk to the delivery man but he just ran away without even leaving a card of the shop. I sent them pictures to complain. As living space is limited in HK, the bouquet was placed next to the TV set. So, the customer service blamed the TV (electronics) for the wilting of the flowers, which was the case already when the flowers were delivered. They 'kindly' offered me a 10% discount for the next order, which is offered anyway on their website! What a joke and a waste of time (to try to talk to them) and money! My elderly mother was so upset as the bouquet looked like one from the cemetery and you know how superstitious Chinese are!
