When choosing a café or dessert shop, look at whether prices are shown, whether plant milks or less-sweet options are available, and whether there is a time limit on seats. Many open seven days a week, but some small shops take a weekly day off; for cakes or large orders of pastries, calling ahead is the safest bet. Dessert shops are liveliest in the evening and some stay open late; ask for insulated packing for frozen takeaways.
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 14:00–02:00, Sat–Sun 13:00–02:00. It opens every day of the week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. There is no phone number yet; if the business has a website or social media page, try there, or use the Google Maps link on this page for the latest details.
At 3.7 out of 5 on Google (114 reviews), it sits mid-table; the written reviews say more about service, prices and waiting times than the number does.
Mong Kok is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong's busiest shopping districts: Tung Choi Street (the Ladies' Market) and Fa Yuen Street (Sneakers Street) are lined with small shops, and the buildings along Nathan Road hold countless upstairs shops.

This is the worst ice cream I have ever tried. We have ordered three flavours: coffee, tiramisu and matcha. The flavour is from the powder but not from the ice cream itself. The tiramisu ice cream is the worst. The dessert is super sweet. There is no tiramisu flavour at all. The coffee powder in coffee ice cream is very bitter which can balance the sweetness of the ice cream. Matcha one is so-so. The staff kept sending us desserts even we didn't order the desserts and after we paid the bill. Spilled trash is found along the corridor when we leave. No staff is cleaning it up. Worst experience ever!

They made us wait over an hour for just 2 small orders. Many customers came after us but they recieved their food right after ordering. I am a muslim and went with my muslim friend and the whole time we felt like we are being discriminated because the staff kept giving us looks and forgot to punch in our order until an hour later when we asked them about it!

They offer a great variety of Korean shaved ice dessert. Note that there's a minimum charge of 40 per person after 8:30 PM.
