葉謝鄧律師行 - 北角辦事處

葉謝鄧律師行 - 北角辦事處 is a property developer in North Point, Eastern District, at 香港島北角英皇道339號17樓1701室. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Property deals involve large sums: before signing a provisional sale and purchase agreement, do a Land Registry search to check ownership and mortgages, and budget for stamp duty, solicitor's fees and agent's commission. Renting usually means a deposit plus rent in advance, and the tenancy should be in writing and say who handles repairs; for new developments, the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority publishes useful information. New developments must publish a sales brochure and price lists, which are available on the first-hand residential sales website.

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–13:00, Sun closed. It is open 6 days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. Phone: 6214 9999. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first. It is a mobile number, and many local businesses also answer enquiries on WhatsApp. Its website is ytt.com.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.

It has a Google rating of 3.0 out of 5 from 26 reviews, which is on the low side, so read the most recent reviews before you go.

North Point is part of the Eastern District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving.
