I have been staying here almost 3 years. The reasons are reasonable price, nicely managed facilities, friendly staff. If there is any issues with facilities, manager and staff respond quickly to resolve issues. Highly recommend this place anyone.

I have been living in this serviced apartment for many years. Its location near the city center is extremely convenient, and the rooms are fully furnished with everything needed for daily life, making it a very comfortable place to live. Above all, the staff are truly kind and welcoming, which makes this place feel especially warm and comfortable. Recently, I suddenly became ill and collapsed. Even though it was outside business hours, the staff responded immediately by calling an ambulance, and one of them even accompanied me to the hospital. Although I have lived in Hong Kong for many years, it was my first time taking an ambulance in a foreign country, and I was extremely anxious. Having a staff member by my side gave me tremendous reassurance and comfort. I cannot thank them enough for their prompt and compassionate support. This is not just a place to live, but a place where you can truly feel genuine human kindness. I sincerely appreciate all the staff for their constant care and support.

I have been staying at the YesInn serviced apartment in Fortress Hill for more than three years now, and I have had a very positive experience overall. One of the standout aspects of this apartment is the well built en-suite studio room. The management is extremely accommodating and responsive to any requests or issues that I have had. The apartment itself is well-maintained and comes equipped with a range of amenities that have made my stay here very comfortable. Some of these amenities include a kitchenette, reliable Wi-Fi, and 24-hours hot water along with a common washer (with dryer) and microwave shared by the residents. Another great aspect of this apartment is the biweekly cleaning service that is provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living arrangement which is wonderfully located with easy access to supermarket, library and public transport to explore the city.

Not bad, I enjoyed my stay. Friendly service and nice amenities for the price. Overall great! They keep the hostel bathrooms clean as well as everything else in working order. Shared fridge and microwave are offered and at 45 dollars for two nights really you can't beat that! Most guests are kind, some can be a bit hard to communicate with, but great!
