Poorest after-sales service you could ever find on this planet. They produced something with obvious flaw but do not want to make it up for customers to turn things right. What’s worse is their attitude, it’s like they’re patronizing customers if you want them to correct their work, bringing lots of trouble to customers instead of providing convenient and efficient service, let alone accuracy and professional attitude. This is the last printing outlet I’d recommend to anyone unless you expect such unarguably poor service. There’re a lot more vendors far better than this one. Even ZERO star is overrated.

Super impressed with this print store! Needed something for the convention. They turned around 50+ pieces in 24 hours. From a Canva file, they worked their magic. Thank you to the wonderful, friendly, and professional team. Located near Wan Chai, and opposite Pacific Place in United centre 2nd floor (felt like 3rd floor with 3 escalators)

Very good experience printing 50 party invitations - sent in files by email, confirmed with staff on the phone, and then picked them up shortly afterwards. I was very pleased with the quality of printing, the service and the price.

Friendly staff. The quality of the text and images in my prints are outstanding. I needed a custom paper size (1200mm x 528mm), and the staff were friendly to help out on WhatsApp. A little expensive but I think it's worth it. I certainly recommend this print shop.

Great option for fast printing when you need just a few pages printed (and I'm sure they do larger amounts too). Good range of paper options, including sticker paper in glossy and matte finishes. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. You can send your files by email, WhatsApp, etc. so it's super easy. Prices are good, too - not cheap cheap, but you get a great product within minutes, so you can't complain. I'd gladly come back here. Note: this branch is in the United Centre! Google Maps incorrectly showed it somewhere else, so I walked around for 20 minutes looking. Just go to the United Centre, 2nd floor. Another print shop is nearby and will try to compete for your business.
