Very nice studio located in CWB. The yoga tutor is patient to demonstrate every single posture with clear instruction. He corrected my alignment, which helped me to get the most out of the pose from mobility, strength to flexibility. I love it & definitely will join for more sessions 😊

Yoga Refine is conveniently located in the heart of Causeway Bay. In addition to offering a variety of yoga classes, including Hatha Yoga, Yoga Wheel, Yoga Stretching, Aerial Yoga, and High-Intensity Practice, they also provide different yoga teacher training programmes. During the classes, I could feel the learning atmosphere among the students and the various teaching skills of the instructors.
