好感恩有陳培興(桔梗花)用心的服務從頭到尾親力親為的指引把在家離世(老友宅醫)的爸爸到入土為安的整個程序完滿结束。 I am so grateful to have 阿興help us organise my dad's final farewell, well done team. Appreciate for all your sharing in funerals tradition and 典故，it's like an educational lesson to me in modern world yet with many 習俗 to follow.

價錢雖然貴，但係明碼實價，跟得好足，比預期想像好！先人岩岩上位排咗幾年都冇忘記！所以真心覺得唔錯!

黑店一間,之前係長沙灣拎死亡證時知道我未搵殯儀,係咁話死者拎緊綜援政府會16000全包,本諗往都要搵人搞就交比佢.佢會係咁要求你比訂先,係左比左訂後就會話唔包依樣唔包果樣要另外收消費,搵左朋友介紹問第二間講返情況問係咪正常,佢地行內人已經問我係咪永福,係咪姓盧,先知原來依間野原來係殯儀界咁出名,訂金就無硬架啦,唯有當交學費都唔想比人禁往搶,希望其他人睇到唔好再中招啦

在長沙灣政府合處取了死亡證，即時有人過來問我訂咗殯儀未，我話未，佢就報價14000套餐，落訂4000，俾埋火化費即日約了4月25日11點火化。第二日永福盧太打俾我約去店舖傾細節，點知佢話我張訂單冇包棺木內的裝裱，要加3600，明明訂單有踢左裝裱，盧太死話唔包，死要加錢，我們在冇辦法講道理嘅情況下加多3600，又話送棺木車頭花又另計，再加多幾千，黑店，投訴冇門，仲話3代管理，我只想取回3600不合理的收費。有冇人俾意見我可以點做？

If only I could give zero star. Do not expect sympathy from them. All they care about is just money. The crew arrived literally just one minute before the funeral started. And the in charge walked in staring at his phone all the time. Didn't even look at us in the eyes. Before they started working they would make sure you've paid off all the fees first. Quality of the service was just done minimal. At the end you r supposed to give them a 10% red pocket money on top n if u did not give enough they would chase after you. Worst experience ever and would not recommend to anyone!!
