永生行批發有限公司 is a wholesaler or industrial company in Sheung Wan, Central and Western, at Flat B, 48 Ko Shing St, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Island. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. The address puts it on an upper floor, so note the floor and unit number; some buildings ask visitors to register at the lobby, and lifts can be slow at busy times.

On top of rent, offices, coworking spaces and industrial units usually carry management fees, rates and government rent, so ask for every cost and the lease term in writing. Many small firms work from upper-floor units in industrial or commercial buildings, so book a visit and ask about the building's visitor registration.

Opening hours: Mon–Sat 09:00–17:00, Sun closed. That makes 6 working days a week. Many small businesses close for a few days around Lunar New Year and may shut early or not open during typhoons and black rainstorms, so check the latest news before you set off. Phone: 2548 0862. Hong Kong numbers have eight digits; from abroad, dial +852 first.

Google shows 4.7 out of 5 based on 3 reviews; with so few opinions the score can move quickly as more customers weigh in.

Sheung Wan is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The island is steep, with many streets climbing the hillside; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links Central with the Mid-Levels and the Peak Tram runs up to The Peak. Offices, malls and old neighbourhood shops sit side by side, restaurants are packed at the office lunch hour (roughly 13:00–14:00), and with parking scarce the MTR, tram or bus is usually easier than driving. Sheung Wan's Des Voeux Road West and Bonham Strand West are known for dried seafood, ginseng and herbal shops, which are busiest before Lunar New Year.
