I've been to many arcades in my lifetime in many different countries and this is probably the worst one I've ever been to. The staffers here are very unhelpful. Even when using Google translate they still act like they don't understand. Especially the old lady behind the counter. Terrible service and also, they stole 20 HKD from me. 🫠

Don’t come here, dont bring anyone here. The entire place smells like cigarette smoke, it’s rundown and pretty much looks abandoned. You have to be over 16 to enter which I didn’t know because from the rainbow neon sign, I obviously thought this was meant for all ages. The man sitting near the entrance rudely chased me and my friends out. Honestly, I’m glad he didn’t let me in. It looks like half of the machines were broken and I was questioning if I even went to the right location or if they had shut down already. It looks nothing like the review photos, more like an abandoned warehouse.

Entrance was not welcoming. The place has a cigarette smell and unorganized. I just wanted to tap my card for WMMT6RR. However, the staff in the entrance didn’t let me enter with no explanation.

Avoid this arcade if you value your money. You’re required to buy a $20 play card just to use the machines, and the card is non-refundable. The first time I tried to load money onto my card, the machine took my cash but no credit was added. When I asked the staff about it, they said they didn’t see any record of the transaction. Instead of trying to help, they basically shifted the blame onto me and said I should have checked more carefully. If something goes wrong here, don’t expect the staff to help you sort it out. I also saw a kid repeatedly kicking the seat and screen of a racing machine, and no staff member stepped in to stop it. At one point, a group of police officers came in to check IDs, and the staff shut off machines while people were still playing. After the police left, there was no refund or compensation. If you wanted to keep playing, you had to pay again, which meant the money already spent was simply lost. I’ve been to arcades in Taiwan, Japan, Macau, even mainland China, and staff at those places usually help customers when issues come up. This was easily the worst arcade experience I’ve had.
