曾氏補習學校, a tutoring centre in Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, is at 銅鑼灣邊寧頓街17號3/F and 4/F邊寧頓商業大廈. Before heading over it is worth checking the hours, phone number and Google rating below, so the trip is not wasted. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Tutoring and hobby classes are busiest around exam season (before the HKDSE, for example) and in the summer holidays, so enrol early for popular slots. Ask about materials and registration fees, get receipts, and avoid paying a long course in advance in one go. Treat promises of guaranteed passes or school places with care, and get any terms in writing.

Google lists the opening hours as Mon–Fri 15:30–19:30, Sat–Sun 09:30–18:30. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2881 5115; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, facebook.com.

It has a Google rating of 3.3 out of 5 from 7 reviews, which is on the low side, so read the most recent reviews before you go.

Causeway Bay is part of the Wan Chai District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Causeway Bay is packed with malls and department stores and is very crowded at weekends; nearby Victoria Park hosts the Lunar New Year fair.
