Staff is rather rude. Made mistake and collected more than the quoted price. When challenged, the staff immediately raised the price so that they did not make any mistake. Not the way to do business

Pharmacist is very knowledgeable. We are regular customers and he always orders in whatever we require, as often have to buy medicine due to elderly checkups etc. Often goes above and beyond.

Every time I've gone here the staff has been rude and dismissive (different people every time). It is as if they hate customers coming into their store (??). I asked if they had a product in another brand, and the staff member immediately said no. The next minute I found the product in three different brands on a shelf right next to the cashier counter. I understand if the staff members all hate their jobs and they don't care at all, but from the customer's perspective it is very inconvenient. If I can avoid going there in the future, I will.

This is a very awesome chemist in which you can buy all kinds of medicines and personal Healthcare products some of them are not easily available in Hong Kong like those of Nivea like those imported from Europe. One more thing: the price is very very competitive
