正順地產代理（香港）有限公司

正順地產代理（香港）有限公司 is an estate agent in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, at 九龍尖沙咀加連威老道100號港晶中心東家9樓910室. Locals and visitors alike tend to check the same things before going, so this page brings together the practical details: where it is, how to get in touch, when it is open and how customers rate it. It is upstairs in a building, entered through the lobby rather than from the street, so check the building name, floor and unit before you go and allow a few minutes for the lift.

Property deals involve large sums: before signing a provisional sale and purchase agreement, do a Land Registry search to check ownership and mortgages, and budget for stamp duty, solicitor's fees and agent's commission. Renting usually means a deposit plus rent in advance, and the tenancy should be in writing and say who handles repairs; for new developments, the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority publishes useful information. When viewing flats, you can ask the agent to show their licence card, and read every document before signing.

Google lists the opening hours as daily, 09:00–18:00. It is open seven days a week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2713 3808; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. More information is on its website, facebook.com.

It shows 3.7 out of 5 on Google, but from only 3 reviews, so treat it as a first impression rather than a verdict.

Tsim Sha Tsui is part of the Yau Tsim Mong District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere.
