Shops in Hong Kong keep long hours, many until 21:00 or 22:00, and mall shops usually open around 10:00. Keep your receipt: returns and exchanges are generally at the shop's own discretion, so ask before you buy, and for electronics check whether the item is a local-warranty model. If a dispute arises, the Consumer Council can advise or take a complaint. Mall websites and signs show car parks, toilets and information counters, and some offer parking discounts for shoppers.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 07:00–24:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2500 0555; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there. Its website is landmark.hk, which may show prices, details of what it offers or online booking.
It has a Google rating of 4.2 out of 5 from 3,611 reviews. Opinions are mixed but broadly steady, and the latest reviews are the best guide to what to expect.
Central is part of the Central and Western District on Hong Kong Island. The north shore of Hong Kong Island is one of the densest business areas in the city: the MTR Island Line runs from Kennedy Town to Chai Wan, the trams ("ding dings") between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, and many businesses trade from upper floors of office blocks and older tenement buildings. The south side is known for beaches, trails and fishing harbours such as Repulse Bay, Stanley and the Aberdeen typhoon shelter, which get busy at weekends and on public holidays. Central is Hong Kong's financial and business heart; the Central–Mid-Levels escalator links the streets up the hill, Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo come alive at night, and the Central piers serve the Outlying Islands.

considering this is a really expensive mall with luxury brands, the concierge's service is quite lazy or supbar. I asked them if they can hd something for me for 5 minutes or leave flowers on their desk for even 2 minutes. not only did they say no, I could barely hear them / I don't think this request is so crazy. they have a completely empty desk, but refused to even let me use a tiny bit of their space for 2 minutes without leaving the immediate vicinity, so I can patronize the mall without mixing up my meetings in a confusing way. feels like a luxury mall could at least do something small like this for their customers...

You really can’t skip this place during Christmas — the decorations are beautiful every year and the atmosphere is always lively. It was very crowded today, so taking photos was a bit challenging. I recommend going up to the upper floor to walk around; you’ll find plenty of nice angles and it’s much easier to take pictures. Overall, I really enjoyed it. It’s such a fun and charming spot.

Every year this place transforms into a total Christmas wonderland, but this year they went ALL OUT with the collab with Statue Square, honestly one of the prettiest holiday displays I’ve ever seen in Hong Kong. There’s a massive, gorgeous Christmas house setup that’s perfect for photos, twinkling lights everywhere, giant ornaments, the works. It’s giving luxury winter fairy tale vibes and I’m obsessed. Of course the shopping is next-level too—Chanel, LV, Dior, Hermès, all the big names under one roof (or connected roofs lol). Feels extra fancy strolling around with the holiday decor everywhere. Super easy to get to: just take the MTR and hop off at Central Station Exit E and you’re basically right there. If you’re in HK during the holidays, you HAVE to come see this. Already planning my next visit just to soak in the Christmas atmosphere again!

Landmark is a high-end mall in central, Hong Kong. It's connected to several office buildings as well as the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. All the shops here are high-end designer shops as well as jewellery stores. The restaurants are gourmet as well.

A high-class mall in Central was occupied by top brands. Service of management staff to toilet cleaners was unquestionable. Washroom was not easy to find but one of the best in town. There were some covered footbridge connecting to commercial buildings around which was very convenient. Subway station was just underground. There were two taxi stands and a drop-off place for private cars. Seasonal decoration was one of the best in the district.
