Same experience as the above user wilber88. Bought a type c cable $15 and it didn't work on my phone. Not just that, but my phone's alarm went on and there was another alert on my phone that asked me to remove it ASAP. I went back to the store the next day and along with an earphone that I bought together. I wanted to exchange other products and the staff refused to. I told her the cable didn't work on my phone and it had a warning showing on my phone hence I didn't wanna risk to use it again on my phone. She tried it on her phone and she showed me that it's not the cables problem and she can't help me with the exchange. Her attitude was really bad as if it was my fault that it didn't work on my phone. And also the earphones that i bought wasn't as I expected as well. Before I bought it, I asked the staff if I can use it to talk on the phone and to adjust the volume.. She said yes that's why I bought it. And it actually doesn't allow to adjust the volume. I felt like they didn't wanna take the responsibility and just keep saying they can't help me with it and it's not their problem. I asked her to ask the senior or the boss and she refused to at first. Then she finally called the s

Please do NOT buy their phone charging cables. They ar cheap but faulty. They claim that you can return & exchange goods bought within 7 days or 14 days (I forgot which is the correct version). But I had a really BAD experience exchanging my faulty phone cable just 1 day after purchase! Especially the younger female staff’s tone & language make you feel as though it is your fault that the cable is faulty. The said cable worked on her iPhone 14 but NOT on my iPhone 13. Why all the fuss if their policy explicitly allows exchange for faulty goods! I will never buy from them again & would advise everyone NOT to buy their phone cables. Plus, they even refused to give me back my receipt & said it was becoz they allow only a one time exchange. They make you feel as though you are an untrustworthy criminal or fraudster. A terrible experience indeed!
