中國醫館，秉承黃天賜父親，黃道益當年在深水埗創業的初心，至今長達五十五年，致力培訓年輕一代中醫師。 中醫師黃天賜教授師承父親黃道益，其父親於五十年代在深水埗開設涼茶店，並創立「益記八寶茶」。 隨著六十年代香港的經濟轉型，黃道益老先生在原址創立「中國醫館」，以獅子山下自強不息，自助互助的精神，為深水埗坊眾處理「疼痛」的問題，繼而首創平民百姓之良藥——「黃道益活絡油」。
