Bank is a joke. I closed my account. In order to do anything you need to get a number and it will take 3-4 hours minimum.

Worst service ever. Asking about DDA process. Was offered completely irrelevant department number to call. Was asked to contact the DDA issue party even all information has been passed to the bank and stuck there for MORE THAN THREE MONTHs. ridiculous experience.

Wish I can rate no star. Extremely poor service and uncomfortable experience. The teller was so rude and asked me the purpose of opening an account multiple times after I told him I live and work in HK. Then he refused to open an account because my proof of address is digital, he refused to help print it out and even refused to make a new appointment. I then went to other BOC branch, it’s not like that, and didn’t ask me for paper proof of address. I mean even if that is required, at least please have a better attitude to your client lol.

The guy at the teller that helped me was quick and efficient. He was also helping another person. The main problem here is that there were only THREE tellers for the whole place. There are like 10 teller windows but only 3 people working. Waiting from 11:15 until 12 to get serviced. Then he closed up after me (probably lunch time) so only 2 tellers for the whole damn place. There were at least 20 people waiting behind me. The service here sucks because they don't have enough people working. For such a big branch BOC should do better.

In this bank very bad service, the staff don’t know what do, if you go there you have to spend minimum half day for an easy thing, I been there for apply my credit card, I spend 5 hours for it after that they told me the credit card will arrive in my home in 2 weeks, after 2 weeks didn’t arrived nothing so I decide to check in a bank near my home, when I been there they told me nobody apply for my credit card… i spend 5 hours in that place just for nothing, I’ll never back there again, I think a kid can make better them job so disappoint and very angry for that place. If you wanna have suggest go in bank of China in Jordan the service more faster and the staff are more friendly and help you a lot for any problem you have…
