Great in the evening for looking at the harbour

A hidden gem of information & pictures of the old pier compared to the present pier. Head upstairs where there are quaint shops and displays of historical items of interest. A good view of the iconic HK Ferrys docking & departing too.

It's the terminal for one of the Kowloon ferries across to Hong Kong island. Very efficient, tidy and well run. Various shops there for purchases, and not far to walk for boarding the Ferry. A 6 minute journey across the harbour. Recommended.

As a tourist I found the place beautiful, we spent our late evenings just sitting around the pier watching the star ferry go by, sipping on some orange juice at the juice kiosk. The Hong Kong maritime museum was very knowledgeable and the cafes out there are fantastic too. My kids enjoyed exploring the pier and finding all the stars in the flooring.

Central ferry pier is a hub link to many different places; Lama, Tsim Sha Tsui, Discovety Bay etc. Next to the pier has AIA observation wheel and promenade to Sheung Wand and Wan Chai. 5min walk, there is Tamar Park where you can relax on the grass and benches. Don't forget to try mr.Softee. it became a part of 'must try' stuff in pier.
