Two receptionists just care about their paper work, with no response to a "good morning" from their patient. Even though I'm the only patient in front of them.

They took my insurance number over phone and confirmed appointment, when I get there in person they say my insurance isn’t valid. Misleading, and a waste of time and money

been there for a vaccine only the young reception slightly fat lady was the worst i have ever seen. Her attitude and the way she talked make me doubt if I was the one serving her instead of being a client / patient, while the other two old ladies were very nice and polite. The young lady who did the vaccine was very nice too. But that reception girl gave me a very very bad impression.

Booked to consult a dentist last minute and was surprised that the Quality Clinic Group was able to accommodate my request promptly. I went to Tsim Sha Tsui dental clinic on 21st Aug 2021 at 9.15am. My dental appointment was 10.30am, but went earlier as I was advised to go early to fill in my particulars. I'm pleasantly impressed with the professionalism of Doctor Alan Kei Fung Tang and the attentiveness of his nurse, Tracy. Areas to improve include "free wifi service" for the patients plus equitable distribution of complementary sample Colgate toothpastes to patients.

Nurse named Karen who works as assistant\nurse to Dr Hui Chee is extremely rude in person and on phone .Seems it's impossible for her to talk politely and provide required assistance without speaking rudely. I am writing this as i have had extremely bad experiences interacting with Karen atleast for the last 3-4 times. Her standard reply is she can't help as she is very busy and hangs up the call. Impatient on the phone if she can't understand opposite persons query. Has caused inconvenience and has shouted to return back to the clinic and back answered that I should know the procedure as this was follow up and not the first time I have visited the clinic. Basic manners and professionalism is all that is expected while dealing with patients or anyone in general.
