Many Hong Kong restaurants add a 10% service charge to the bill, and tipping beyond that is optional. Popular places fill up at lunchtime and on weekend evenings, so book by phone, WhatsApp or a platform such as OpenRice; some set a time limit or a minimum spend. Most offer both dine-in and takeaway, and Octopus, credit cards, FPS and PayMe are widely accepted, though smaller places may take cash only. Many Western restaurants offer weekday set lunches that cost less than dinner; mention any food allergies when ordering.
Google lists the opening hours as daily, 11:00–22:00. It opens every day of the week. Arrangements may differ on public holidays, over Lunar New Year and when a typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is in force, so call before making a special trip. You can call 2728 7338; a phone call is the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or how to get there.

Sham Shui Po is part of the Sham Shui Po District in Kowloon. Around Kwun Tong and Kowloon Bay many industrial buildings now house offices, restaurants, gyms and studios, while Kai Tak is a newer district. Kowloon's streets are busiest in the evening and at weekends, shops keep long hours with many open until about 22:00, and the Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan and Tuen Ma lines plus buses and minibuses reach almost everywhere. Sham Shui Po is known for the electronics and second-hand stalls of Apliu Street and the fabric and button shops around Ki Lung Street and Yu Chau Street, where many older shops still prefer cash.

The food portion is relative small for a 230 HKD set. There is only a small halibut fillet served with a small portion of frozen vegetables. Taste is not bad, above the average. Could be more better.

Not bad at all for the quality of food. The T-bone steak was decent, especially for the price point—I've certainly had better cuts, but not for $148 on a holiday afternoon. The atmosphere is a real plus: a nice, classic Western-style ambiance that’s relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a departure from the local “eat-and-run” style of service, with no rush and no yelling. The waitstaff was polite, if not extraordinary (though our waitress seemed particularly sharp). Overall, if you're looking for a non-local, slightly more upscale spot in the area for a date night, this is a good choice. Desserts were just fair, but they didn't take away from the solid experience.

Food was generally fine… just that I don’t like their frozen veggies… The Oreo cheesecake was not okay…. Don’t have cheese taste but cream taste instead… a bit hard…seems they are not very good at making dessert.. Service was good and lunch set price is reasonable in SSP.

Cheap price, small size, many people and quiet noisy. Food is good, has draught beer. Table to table distance is too closed.
