This is the worst 1010 service centre. The female staff working for the reception counter on the main entrance should be highlighted.

Great location and spacious store, the staff are super friendly and helpful—whenever Im looking for a digital product, I always stop by~ even if I don’t end up buying, they’re patient in answering questions. There are frequent promotions too.. luv this place

I would give six stars if the system allows. Everything is just perfect, from the chrysanthemum tea, the dim sums, and the porridge. The most beautiful thing is the sesames ball, a.k.a. Glutinous rice ball with sesame! I’ve been eating this in United States but here you’ll find the lord of sesame ball. The shell is so thin and crispy, the filling is black sesame but in a semi liquid shape and just melting in my mouth. We kept ordering more. Don’t understand the low ratings on this restaurant, the service is quite decent.

The 1010 service center provides the best mobile telecommunication after sale service in HK. Staff are courteous & efficient. Despite the service-provider's premium pricing, customer experience is definitely top notch here.

They greeted us nicely but as soon as they came to know that we are here to buy apple watch and not any mobile plan, their interest was lost.
