I mean the staff were like playing their phone when clients came ( I mean bro first do your job). Second there was not a single smile on those people. Third bro why I needed to buy a SIM card to be able to buy the iPhone 17pro 256g but not the 512 g one loooool CSL improve ur stuff quality and policy quality pls its quite sad :(

Shiny shop where nothing worked at the time, as they where not able to accept octopus card, or international card, or cash. Staff at the shop did not seem interested to help, turning back to his cosy phone conversation each minute. Wasted time going there.

Stopped in to get a new phone handset, almost walked away with an unwanted three year plan with a whole bunch of unneeded features because salesperson Trevor Zee tried to frame it as cheaper. Unscrupulous behaviour, I don't know if they're taught this or they're just running their own grift. Avoid in any event, get a handset from Fortress.

You can by travel sim card to use in most countries in Asia. Five the shop that sells it due about 138 hkd 2gb plus unlimited but show when 2gb finish, choses choices of 5 / 8 /15 days

It's the biggest telecommunication company in Hong Kong. The level of the staff performance cannot catch-up with the rapid growing of the company. The service of some of the front line staff need a further training, it's way beyond the requirement nowadays.
