I am incredibly grateful to Concordia’s team for saving my dog River’s life last week. One late evening around midnight, River suddenly became very unwell, and was crying and retching nonstop. I called the clinic and the nurse immediately asked me to rush him over. It turned out he had an emergency called GDV and needed immediate surgery, which they managed to start within an hour of our arrival at the clinic. The team's warmth, efficiency, and deep compassion brought my family so much comfort during one of the most stressful nights of our lives. River stayed in the hospital for almost a week, and the team kept us constantly updated on his recovery every step of the way. Now, he’s nearly fully recovered and back to his happy, regular self🥹

There are good doctors and nurse but not all of them are. The communication is rude and unprofessional. I had the worst experience with dr Yahui Yin. 1. she said she could not provide recommendation on next step if condition does not improve 2. All her answers to my questions of purpose of each medicine just one sentence that i was frustrated to understand the whole story 3. Feels like a scam because she kept asking to do testing only 2 hrs after i have confirmed the plan with another doc. 4. I asked so is my bird in bad condition compare to similar cases she had. She said she doesnt know. To conclude, she failed to provide the bare minimum info for me to understand the situation and gave me an attitude. Insufficient experience in birds. I have met so many bird expert doctors and she is the worst i have seen

I have a male bearded dragon- Mochi. He’s been with Concordia for a few times now, everyone here is fantastic, great Vet and great nurse assistance. Would really wanna take this opportunity to thank Dr Jeremy (works at night duty) for his service and patience. (and for his professionalism of course). Mochi has been suffering from “pain in the ass” this time and Dr Jeremy patiently squeezed out each gland just as easy as popping a pimple. Vet Nurse - Gary Yu is a wonderful gentleman who always demonstrates compassion for patients and helps pet owner feels relief. Thank you Dr Jeremy and Gary~

As a fellow GP veterinarian colleague in Hong Kong, I am always impressed with and entrust the talents and professionalism of Dr Elaine and her team. My own dog had a rare liver disease diagnosed and I refereed little peanut to the Internal medicine specialist Dr Elise at Concordia . Dr Elise provided exceptional outstanding care and perform advanced surgeries of removing bladder stones and liver biopsies with endoscope. These are minimally invasive procedures and I am very pleased that my son had recovered very well and smoothly. The follow up care and communication by nurse Tommy was also excellent and I have promptly received the pending results . Thank you Concordia team Carol
